Ashland was the pilot group for the year two assignments:
- Two, 10 minute periods each day to stop all activities and be quietly seated in a place that feels calm.
- For one month leave off one ‘habit’ that does not serve you. A food, an attitude, a story you keep telling yourself or others, a compulsive action, etc.
- Write a paragraph that clearly expresses your intention for practice. Read this paragraph daily for one month.
- Recall what it was like prior to your exposure to these teachings and now.
Aspirants wrote short paragraphs related to these, some of which will be shared in coming blogs.
