We had a very enriching time, live and on zoom in the Ashland śālā. Both Ganapathiārya’s and Adarashārya’s talks were crisp and insightful. It is all our good luck to have such noble teachers. Gratitude to all – Laura for your gracious hosting and Eric for your delicious meals!

Nourishing our minds, bodies and soul in the review week at Sintra. Heartfelt gratitude to the moments of Silence, our teachers, our community, our cooks and well-wishers.

What will be the achievement of a man who is immersed in dharma?
