Yoga guides us in supporting the inner tool, the mind, and keeping<\/span>\u00a0it healthy in direct support <\/span>of Realization and Liberation. Thus, both \u0100yurveda and Yoga complement each <\/span>other. Indian cooking evolved out of the principles of these two sciences, and <\/span>that is why it contributes to the balance and fulfilment of our health as a whole.<\/span><\/p>
