Overcoming the internal or external limitations in our journey can be hard at times.
Most of us don’t want to get out of our comfort. Some of us are willing to do it, but only if it’s not too taxing to our own foundations.
As an aspirant, the purification process can be challenging. Devotion is required. This was my first Marīcyāsana 2. It has been and still is a challenge. This particular āsana, while maintaining its external simplicity, offered me internal balance.
Mostly, it brought me Faith in the path, teaching me that my body will support better if I support it with my daily dedication.
A simple reminder that we can trust that, in our own time, we can overcome the hardship until the end of this path.
Keep the faith in yourself alive. We are all together in our destination.
