Jīvana Yoga is based in the ancient traditions of India. It offers practical lifestyle and yogic knowledge to help support the way towards true inner happiness.
Sadvidya Foundation offers Western students an opportunity to study various ancient Indian sciences, including Yoga, Āyurvedic cooking, and meditation. Sad-Vidya is a wing of knowledge, imparted by the great Indian sages, that carries a sincere student to the ultimate goal of Realization. You are invited to come and develop an authentic yoga practice and deepen your understanding of what it means to live a yogic lifestyle in today’s world.

Live Online Classes
Jīvana Yoga classes are suitable for practitioners at all levels. Classes include Āsana (postures), Prānāyāma (breathwork), Meditation and Relaxation.
Monday: 8:30 – 10:00am PDT in USA /16:30 – 18:00pm (Portugal)

Wednesday: 8:00 – 9.30am (Portugal)
~ Lior’s Online class via Zoom in the Sintra śālā, Āyurveda cooking and meal. ~
If you’re new to the sequence, we recommend taking a few online classes with Lior or Kristin before joining the Wednesday Jīvana Yoga Class.

Saturdays: Jīvana Yoga Book Study Group
Sunday: 8:00 – 9.30 am (Portugal) Register with Lior

Instructors
Jonathan & Stacey Fisher
Jonathan Fisher has an educational background in philosophy (M.A.) from Cambridge University, U.K. He is president of the Sadvidya Foundation and director of the Jivana Program. He has been studying with Dr. Shankaranarayana Jois since 2000. Jonathan is the CEO of the international chain of health clubs Holmes Place and integrates the ancient wisdom he has received, both in his work and in his personal life.
Stacey Fisher is a long-time student of Yoga and meditation. She has been travelling to India for the last 27 years to study Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy with Dr. Shankaranarayana Jois, which has deeply impacted her personal path and way of life. Stacey has a passion for cooking and prepares Ayurvedic meals for Jivana Yoga workshops. She feels compelled to share with gratitude what she has learnt over the years.
Lior Perry
Lior Perry is a board member of Sadvidya Foundation and European assistant director of the Jivana Yoga Program. He is a founding member of Sadvidya Association in Portugal. He lives in Israel and works as a part-time mentor and guide for the association. Lior brings his professional background in Pilates and Yoga, as well as a deep appreciation and passion for Ayurvedic cooking to his work. It is through these that Lior helps people facilitate physical awareness, balance and calmness of mind.
