Ongoing Classes

Open Jivana Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners. Classes include Āsana (postures), Prānāyāma (breath work), Meditation and Relaxation.

Wednesday: 9:00 – 10.30am

(Includes a communal Āyurvedic meal after the practice.)

Saturday: 8:00 – 9:30am

Sunday: 8:00 – 9:30am

  • In-depth, Jivana Yoga Programme meetings are held each Saturday Morning.
  • Jivana Open Day (Practice, Talk and Yogic/Āyurveda Cooking) are held every two months. The next Open Day – Sunday, 17th November – to register.
  • Open to all Introduction to Meditation and Āyurvedic Cooking Workshops are held every six months.

Beginners and those experienced wishing to deepen their understanding about the role of food, the practical implementation and significance of a meditation practice as well as hear more of the ancient wisdom related to the human body and mind, are most invited to attend.
