Open Jivana Yoga classes are suitable for all levels of practitioners. Classes include Āsana (postures), Prānāyāma (breath work), Meditation and Relaxation.

Wednesday: 9:00 – 10.30am

(Includes a communal Ayurvedic meal after the practice.)

Saturday: 8:00 – 9:30am

Sunday: 9:00 – 10:30am

  • In-depth, Jivana Yoga Programme meetings are held each Saturday Morning.
  • Jivana Open Day (Practice, Talk and Communal Meal) are held every two months. The next Open Day – Sunday, 26th May – to register.
  • Open to all Introduction to Meditation and Ayurvedic Cooking Workshops are held every six months.
