Life should lead us to an unsurpassed experience of inner-happiness, naturally available to all human beings.  For this experience to unfold and reappear within us, the right condition of body and mind is required.  A simple and practical approach to realign and balance our human system is through an ideal lifestyle, synchronized and attuned to the core principals of nature. This workshop offers a taste both in practice and theory of this ideal lifestyle which supports our ability to live happily through the enrichment offered by the natural experience of inner joy and happiness.
Beginners and those experienced wishing to deepen their understanding about the role of food, the practical implementation and significance of a meditation practise as well as hear more of the ancient wisdom related to the human body and mind, are most invited to attend.


Lior Perry

Lior Perry is a board member of Sadvidya Foundation and European director of the Jivana Yoga Programme. He is a founding member of Sadvidya Association in Portugal. He works as a full-time mentor and guide for the association. Lior brings his professional background in Pilates and Yoga, as well as deep appreciation and passion for Ayurvedic cooking to his work. It is through these that Lior helps people facilitate physical awareness, balance and calmness of mind.

Jonathan & Stacey Fisher

Jonathan Fisher has an educational background in philosophy (M.A.) from Cambridge University, U.K. He is a founding member and president of Sadvidya Foundation. Jonathan is the CEO of the international chain of health clubs Holmes Place and integrates the ancient wisdom he has received, both in his work and in his personal life.

Stacey Fisher is a long-time student of Yoga and meditation. She has been travelling to India for the last 22 years to study Ayurveda and Yoga Philosophy which have deeply impacted her personal path and way of life. Stacey has a passion for cooking and prepares meals for Jivana Yoga workshops. She feels compelled to share with gratitude what she has learnt over the years.
