Life should lead us to an unsurpassed experience of inner happiness, naturally available to all human beings.  For this experience to unfold and reappear within us, the right condition of body and mind is required.  A simple and practical approach to realign and balance our human system is through an ideal lifestyle, synchronized and attuned to the core principles of nature. This workshop offers a taste both in practice and theory of this ideal lifestyle which supports our ability to live happily through the enrichment offered by the natural experience of inner joy and happiness.
   ~
Beginners and those experienced wishing to deepen their understanding about the role of food, the practical implementation and significance of a meditation practice as well as hear more of the ancient wisdom related to the human body and mind, are most invited to attend.
