Live Weekly Discussions & Teachings

Expand your knowledge of yoga and integrate yogic techniques and principles into everyday life. This international book group focuses on understanding, cultivating and supporting noble qualities as we delve into the lived study of Yoga.

Drawing from his personal experiences of yoga and knowledge into ancient Sanskrit texts, Dr. Shankaranarayana Jois connects yogic philosophy to how we approach food, work, education, relationships, and other conscious lifestyle choices to support our deepest longings for happiness, peace, and balance.

"Dr. Jois makes these teachings accessible and appealing” - Edwin Bryant, author of “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali”
