Individuals from around the world engaged in an online study group centered on Dr. Shankaranarayana (Acharya) Jois “The Sacred Tradition of Yoga: Philosophy, Ethics, and Practices for a Modern Spiritual Life”.
Drawing from his personal experiences of yoga and knowledge into ancient Sanskrit texts, Dr. Shankaranarayana Jois connects yogic philosophy to how we approach food, work, education, relationships, and other conscious lifestyle choices to support our deepest longings for happiness, peace, and balance.

From Participants
“I loved the insights and points of view from all the different participants. If I had read the Sacred Tradition of Yoga, on my own, I wouldn’t have gotten nearly as much out of it.” – Jill
“To be in communication and connection with a global community of practitioners is incredibly supportive to well-being and practice.” – Griffin
“All parts of the class provided support. The small group discussions felt most supportive as they reflected back to the readings and presentations so each one built upon the other.” – Marcia
