To Ācārya:
My yoga journey began late in life, when I was 60 years old, with the kind and steady guidance of Guy Donahaye, then teaching in New York City. At that time, he had already become your student!
Today, I’m a month away from turning 76 — just a few months from your 76th birthday — and am deeply grateful for the path you’ve shown me, and so many others, to quieting the mind and moving toward the Great Light.
In the silence of practice, your teachings rest in my heart.
Namaste
