In the morning lecture, Ācārya explained that if there is a wholeheartedness and open-hearted connection to the Eternal Truth, then sattva will get domination, if only temporary.
As a result, fickle-mindedness will become less, the ability to observe things accurately increases and the capacity to focus the mind develops.
